Payment Terms

Our Payment Policies Explained

At Da Vila Renovations, we aim to provide transparent and flexible payment options to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients. Below are the details of our accepted payment methods and the terms of payment for our services:


Accepted Payment Methods


• Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

• Bank Transfers: Payments can be made directly to our bank account via wire transfer or ACH.

• Checks: We accept personal and business checks. Please make checks payable to Da Vila Renovations.

• Online Payments: Secure online payment options are available through Square Payment Portal.


Terms of Payment


1. Deposits:

• A deposit of [X]% of the total project cost is required upon signing the contract. This deposit secures your project start date and covers initial project planning and materials.

2. Progress Payments:

• Payments will be invoiced at various milestones throughout the project. Typically, these are divided into equal installments, corresponding with key stages of project completion (e.g., foundation, framing, finishing).

• Each progress payment is due within [Y] days of the invoice date.

3. Final Payment:

• The final payment, constituting [Z]% of the total project cost, is due upon completion of the project. This payment is required before the final inspection and handover of the project.

• All outstanding balances must be settled before the project is deemed complete and all warranties become effective.

• Late Payments: Payments not received within [Y] days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of [percentage]% of the outstanding balance per month.

• Change Orders: Any changes to the original scope of work will be documented in a change order. Payments for change orders will be invoiced separately and are due upon receipt.
